AutoLISP is a dialect of the LISP programming language engineered to enable manipulation & customisation of AutoCAD and many of its derivative programs such as Civil 3D, MEP, Architecture, Electrical etc. AutoLISP is restricted to running on full versions of AutoCAD and cannot be run in any version of AutoCAD LT. Other applications such as. To have AutoLISP routines load automatically, either add them to the AutoCAD Startup Suite or use the acad.lsp file. Add to the Startup Suite. Run the APPLOAD command.; Under Startup Suite, click the Contents button.; Click the Add button.; Browse to the location of the LISP file, select it, then click the Open button.; Once all of the LISP routines have been added to the Startup Suite, click. Load AutoLISP routines at start up and execute commands or functions at specific times during a drawing session. AutoCAD-based products load the contents of three user-definable files automatically: acad.lsp, acaddoc.lsp, and the MNL file that accompanies your current customization file. By default, the acad.lsp file is loaded only once, when the program starts, whereas acaddoc.lsp is loaded. Hello, I have recently moved from Windows to Mac for production in AutoCAD. Everything was working smoothly until I came across a.lsp that I would absolutely need to be efficient. The PROBE.lsp that I have been for years allows me to turn off/freeze specific layers in an xref, which I use d.

VLISP opens the file in a new window—the text editor window—and displays the name of the file in the status bar.

This relatively simple program enables the user to reposition a selection of single-line text objects to be aligned by their text alignment points in a direction perpendicular to the rotation of the text, and optionally equispaced by a factor of the text height.

The program is designed to operate as efficiently as possible, with minimal prompts: upon issuing the command syntax AT at the AutoCAD command-line, the user is only prompted for a selection of text objects and an optional line spacing factor.

Lisp

If the user presses ENTER at the prompt for a line spacing factor, the program will align the selection of text objects without altering their spacing; otherwise, if the user specifies a valid spacing factor, the text objects will be aligned and equispaced by a distance equal to the text height multiplied by the given line spacing factor.

The program assumes that all selected text objects have the same height & rotation and will align the text objects in a direction perpendicular to the rotation angle of an arbitrary text object in the set.

Finally, the program will operate successfully with text objects constructed in any UCS plane.
